We ran the first glaze kiln last night!! Came across a couple problems but that was expected. Some glazes aren't done cookin or the right color but it ain't too bad 😉 I'll probably end up refiring the mugs just to see what happens! The wave mugs are supposed to be smooth and shiny, but they're textured & matte. And the black is supposed to be a pretty blue. We think it's because the kiln didn't get hot enough and we were ready for bed so we shut it down instead of waiting another few hours. Hopefully just because of how I loaded it but not sure. Got a lot to learn!
